Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our products, items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and without damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
